Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 09b ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the website located at https://09b.onl and all related services, features, content, and games accessible through that website (collectively, "the Service"). 1. Eligibility and Registration

If at any point 09b has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 21, that account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be frozen, and any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any winnings generated, which will be forfeited.
Single Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 09b platform. Operating more than one account — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited. 09b uses technical controls and manual review to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any remaining balances may be forfeited at 09b's sole discretion.
Accurate Information
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
Identity Verification (KYC)
09b operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any point during your account lifecycle — including at the time of your first withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 09b support may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until documentation is provided and reviewed.
2. Account Security and Responsibility
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 09b account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.
- You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances, including family members or friends.
- Any activity that occurs on your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility until you have formally notified 09b support of any unauthorised access.
- 09b will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, phone, or any other communication channel. Any message purporting to be from 09b and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
- You must notify 09b immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission. 09b will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receipt of such notification.
- 09b cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or failed to notify 09b in a timely manner.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
09b supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods designed for the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform.
Deposits
The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your 09b account within minutes. 09b does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 09b bears no responsibility. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. 09b aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. 09b reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds a defined threshold or where the account shows unusual activity patterns.
Currency
All transactions on the 09b platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 09b does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their own banking or mobile wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the player.
Refused Transactions
09b reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction that it has reasonable grounds to believe is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 09b will notify the account holder where legally permitted to do so.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
09b offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback deals, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
- Bonuses are valid for a limited time period only. Unused bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account automatically.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address, unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
- 09b reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect a player who has already accepted the bonus in good faith and has begun meeting wagering requirements.
- Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, hedging bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players — will have their bonus forfeited and their account reviewed for suspension.
- Certain games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, slots may contribute 100% while live casino table games contribute a lower percentage. Applicable contribution rates will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use
All games available on the 09b platform — including slots, live casino, crash games, cricket betting, fish games, and Pool Rummy — are governed by individual game rules as well as the general fair use principles set out in this clause. By participating in any game or betting market on the platform, you agree to be bound by both.
Certified RNG and Live Game Integrity
All slot and virtual table games on the 09b platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently reviewed to ensure genuinely random outcomes. Live dealer games streamed from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi studios use physical playing equipment under constant camera surveillance. The outcomes of all games are final once the game round has concluded, subject only to demonstrable technical error.
Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 09b platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances: use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to provide an unfair advantage; exploitation of software bugs or errors to generate winnings; collusion with other players; any form of cheating, match-fixing, or fraud in connection with sports betting markets; and any other conduct that 09b reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair play.
Disputed Game Outcomes
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the platform's recorded data — including server logs, RNG output records, and live game footage — shall be the definitive source of truth. 09b's decision on disputed outcomes, following review of this data, shall be final and binding. Disputes must be raised with 09b support at [email protected] within 72 hours of the disputed event.
6. Responsible Gaming
09b is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following policies are in force on the platform at all times.
- Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours.
- Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, access to real-money gameplay is suspended.
- Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the 09b platform may submit a self-exclusion request to [email protected]. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and is permanent unless the player requests reinstatement after a minimum exclusion period of 6 months, subject to review.
- 09b will never send promotional communications to a player who is subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the 09b platform — including but not limited to the 09b brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 09b or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without the prior written consent of 09b. Unauthorised use of 09b's intellectual property may give rise to legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
The 09b Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 09b takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the platform operates reliably and securely, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.
- 09b shall not be liable for any loss of funds, data, or opportunity arising from temporary service interruptions, maintenance periods, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including failures of third-party payment processors.
- 09b shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
- In all cases, 09b's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms limits 09b's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 09b Service shall first be submitted to 09b's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with full details of the complaint. 09b will acknowledge all formal complaints within 3 business days and will endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through 09b's internal process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. All times referenced in these Terms relate to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
10. Amendments to These Terms
09b reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated and, where practicable, registered players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Service following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Service and, if you wish, request account closure by contacting [email protected].
